RETURN AND EXCHANGES.
You can communicate us your request about returns and exchanges in a simple way: contacting us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating name, surname, order number reference and the reason of your request.
GENERAL RULES FOR RETURNS
1. RIGHT OF RECESS
The consumer will be able to require his right in 10 days from the delivery date and the purchased product from www.misteryproducts.com mailing to email@example.com
Products integrity is essential for the right of recess.
Note: all your return and exchange communications will be evaluated and authorized by our department contacting our email firstname.lastname@example.org
The returns and exchanges that won’t be authorized by our department will be sent back to the consumer.
The reimbursement of the price paid by the consumer, net of shipping costs, will be carried by Mistery Products if the consumer returns the product in 10 days from the date he received the allowed communication by Mistery Products.
Shipping costs related to returned products-to be returned- are totally charged to the consumer as the new shipping by Mistery Products for exchanges for sizes and colors.
HOW TO SHIP THE PRODUCTS
-Well packed in their original package, and in perfect conditions (not damaged, dirtied or ruined)
-with invoice (present in the original package) so that Mistery Products will be able to identify the consumer (order number, name, surname, address…)
-without signs of long use of the product (a few minutes are enough) exceeding the time necessary for a try. This won’t allow Mistery Products to resell the product.
Mistery Products assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY for the shipment “you manage” for returns and exchanges to be made.
